法治是更高水平平安中国建设的根本保障。随着全面依法治国深入推进，法治对平安中国建设的治理赋能效应持续显现，制度化、法治化的平安格局已经形成并彰显强大效能。“十五五”时期是基本实现社会主义现代化夯实基础、全面发力的关键时期。站在新的历史起点上，必须将更高水平平安中国建设更深地嵌入全面依法治国进程中，紧扣立法、执法、司法、守法等关键环节，系统谋划、协同推进，将制度优势持续转化为治理效能，为实现国家长治久安提供更加坚实的法治保障。
